A wellness spa in Sliema is looking for an outgoing and motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to help grow the business through hotel partnerships and local connections.
Responsibilities
- Visit hotels to introduce the spa's services and explore partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel teams and local business partners
- Work towards agreed marketing and sales targets
- Provide administrative assistance and day-to-day business support as required
About you
- Well-presented, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills
- Interest in wellness
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, hospitality or business development is preferred
Working hours and pay
- Starting rate of €12 per hour
- During training: 3 hours each morning, 3 days per week
- After training: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Potential for commission based on performance and achievement of agreed targets
- Full-time employment may be considered for the right candidate, subject to demonstrated results and business needs
