An immediate vacancy is available for a Freight Forwarding Executive based in Marsa. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate shipping activities to ensure all client requirements are met
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Communicate with customs brokers in relation to customs formalities
- Keep track of freight while it is in transit
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time, efficiently and cost-effectively
- Address operational challenges promptly to keep processes running smoothly
- Maintain proper shipping records
