About this role
Vincent's is hiring a Food Truck Customer Care and Shop Assistant on a part-time basis, working weekends. Candidates should live close to Mgarr.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Assist with food preparation, packaging and serving
- Support stock management, supplier deliveries and daily orders
- Maintain menu pricing, EPOS systems and online orders
- Help with promotions and increasing the food truck's visibility
- Keep the food truck and common areas clean, organised and compliant with hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Passionate about food and delivering a great customer experience
- Available to work weekends and during busy periods
- Lives close to Mgarr
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Confident communicating with customers
