The role

Junior Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities, improving clients’ performances, achieving high sales targets and preparing reports.

What you'll be doing

• Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with operators, acting as a primary point of contact.

• Monitor, analyse, and report on operator performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement in line with company strategy.

• Negotiate and review deals with existing partners while identifying and securing new partnerships and listing opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with operator marketing and affiliate departments, ensuring open and effective communication.

• Prepare, deliver, and revise detailed monthly sales, KPI, and market performance reports.

• Maintain and update internal CRM systems by opening accounts, creating campaigns, whitelisting brands, and ensuring accurate tracking links are implemented and tested.

• Handle troubleshooting related to tracking links, campaigns, and account migration processes.

• Support team members with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and administration when required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and set up CRM campaigns.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and operator meetings to explore growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

Who we're looking for

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English.

• Experience in Sales and/or online advertising is considered an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.

• Ability to analyse KPIs, financial data, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
