Personal Lines Underwriting Senior Officer

We are seeking to recruit an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Personal Lines Underwriting team on a full-time basis.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all channels, including face-to-face, email, and telephone interactions.
• Provide clear, tailored advice to customers on personal lines insurance products and services, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.
• Process insurance quotations, policies and renewals efficiently while maintaining service quality.

• Liaise confidently with third parties/intermediaries to provide support and resolve issues.

• Ensure accurate handling and secure maintenance of customer documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.

• Provide guidance to junior team members and take initiative to resolve client concerns.

• Ensure full compliance with market conduct rules, risk management policies, and internal procedures.

 

 

What we're looking for:

 

• At least two years’ experience within the insurance industry.

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.
• Confident in dealing with a wide range of customer profiles and situations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Willing to bring a team playing mentality to strengthen the growing portfolio.
