About this role
Seaview Hotel (Adults Only 16+) is looking for a Front Office Agent to join its team and help deliver great service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally
- Support smooth daily front office operations
- Help create a memorable experience for every guest
Requirements
- Previous front office experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Experience with PMS systems (Room Master is an asset)
