About the Role Maintain an organised operational control programme and help managers identify and resolve documentation or procedure gaps. Key Responsibilities Requirements Preferred: Relevant sector experience and familiarity with the systems used by the company. Success Measures: Record completeness; renewals tracked; corrective-action closure; reporting accuracy. What you'll do
- Maintain a register of required operational records, renewal dates and responsible owners.
- Review sampled fleet, incident and training records against approved procedures.
- Record findings, assign follow-up actions and track closure evidence.
- Coordinate information requests from management, insurers and professional advisers.
- Prepare compliance-status reports and escalate overdue or significant issues.
- Experience in operations administration, quality assurance or compliance coordination.
- Strong document-control, audit-trail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interpret procedures and communicate findings objectively.
