What you'll do
- Develop role-specific induction materials with operations and HR.
- Deliver sessions on service procedures, systems use and incident reporting.
- Assess understanding through practical checks and maintain training records.
- Identify repeat service or process problems and arrange targeted coaching.
- Coordinate training schedules around operational needs and report completion gaps.
- Experience delivering practical workplace training or supervising and coaching teams.
- Clear communication and ability to explain procedures to varied audiences.
- Ability to organise training records, assessments and attendance.
