About the Role Lead workforce planning, employee relations and consistent HR administration for WFDM's workforce of over 400 people. What you'll do
- Plan staffing needs and recruitment priorities with operations and finance.
- Supervise HR coordinators and maintain consistent onboarding, employee-record and exit processes.
- Support managers with performance, attendance, grievances and disciplinary processes using approved
- procedures.
- Coordinate training priorities, employee communication and workforce reporting.
- Work with payroll and professional advisers on employment documentation and complex cases.
- HR management experience in a sizeable operational workforce.
- Practical employee-relations, recruitment and people-management skills.
- Strong judgement, confidentiality and ability to analyse workforce information.
