About the Role Prepare accurate payroll records and resolve employee pay queries using approved attendance and employment data. Key Responsibilities Requirements Preferred: Experience with Maltese payroll processes and relevant payroll software. Success Measures: Payroll accuracy; processing timeliness; query resolution; documented approvals. What you'll do
- Collect and validate attendance, leave, overtime and authorised pay changes.
- Prepare payroll calculations or input files and reconcile outputs before approval.
- Check starters, leavers and changes against approved employment records.
- Maintain payslip, payroll and deduction records securely and investigate employee queries.
- Prepare payroll reports and coordinate required submissions with the responsible finance adviser.
- Payroll processing experience and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to reconcile attendance and pay information using spreadsheets or payroll systems.
- Discretion with personal data and a disciplined approach to deadlines.
