About the Role Maintain accurate accounting records and support timely financial reporting for the company. Key Responsibilities Requirements Preferred: Relevant accounting qualification or practical experience with multi-entity operations. Success Measures: Reconciliation accuracy; timely closing schedules; overdue-item follow-up; complete
What you'll do
- Record purchase and sales transactions and maintain supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank, supplier and customer balances and investigate differences.
- Track receivables, follow up overdue invoices and prepare payment schedules for approval.
- Maintain schedules for month-end reporting and coordinate queries with payroll and external accountants.
- Protect financial information and maintain clear approval and audit trails.
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience with sound double-entry knowledge.
- Competence with accounting software, spreadsheets and reconciliations.
- Accuracy, confidentiality and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
