What you'll do
- Compare trip records with platform statements, invoices and receipts.
- Investigate missing payments, duplicate entries, refunds and commission adjustments.
- Prepare invoices and reconciliations using approved tariffs and records.
- Maintain supporting schedules for finance and follow up unresolved discrepancies.
- Coordinate corrections with operations and customer service without altering source records improperly.
- Prepare periodic settlement summaries and protect payment and personal information.
- Experience in bookkeeping, billing or transaction reconciliation.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to financial accuracy.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and retain a clear supporting audit trail.
