We are looking for an Executive to join our Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, supporting high‑net‑worth individuals and families with immigration and relocation matters to Malta. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys client interaction and working in a collaborative, professional services environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support private clients with immigration and relocation applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑ups
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a smooth and professional client experience
- Liaise with local immigration authorities and relevant public entities
- Coordinate client matters with legal, tax, and compliance teams across the firm
- Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM or practice management systems
- Contribute to service and process improvements in response to business needs
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- 1–2 years’ experience working with foreign or international clients
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to client service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with CRM or similar systems
