At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, we are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our Spa Team in the following positions:

• Spa Receptionist
• Spa Host
  
  

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Receptionist

• Welcome guests and manage spa appointments, reservations, and enquiries.
• Provide information about spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Promote and upsell treatments, wellness packages, and spa products.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and transactions.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally.
  
  

Spa Host

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, personalised spa experience.
• Escort guests around the spa and explain the facilities and amenities.
• Assist guests with lockers, changing areas, and access to spa facilities.
• Ensure all guest areas are clean, organised, and presented to the highest standards.
• Monitor guest comfort and attend to requests throughout their visit.
• Work closely with the spa reception and therapist teams to ensure seamless guest service.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa operations, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
  
• Applicants must either be currently residing in Malta or hold a valid EU passport.
