db Group - Gardener/Handyman

At db Group, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener / Handyman to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, gardens and landscaped spaces, while also assisting with general maintenance and repair works across the Group's properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, and landscaped areas to a high standard.
• Carry out regular watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, and general garden upkeep.
• Ensure outdoor areas, pathways, and surrounding spaces are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs, painting, and basic maintenance work.
• Assist with the upkeep of outdoor furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues requiring further attention.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, general maintenance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of gardening techniques, plants, and garden maintenance.
• Practical handyman skills and the ability to carry out minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• A valid driving license will be considered an asset.
