Hard Rock Hotel - Reservations Manager

We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and ensure our booking process hits all the right notes.

🎯 Your Mission

As our Reservations Manager, you’ll lead the reservations function, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our guests. You’ll oversee the team and day-to-day operation, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service while supporting the hotel’s commercial objectives.

📞 What You’ll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all bookings
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining excellent service standards
• Monitor booking channels, including direct, OTA and GDS, and support effective distribution
• Train, motivate and supervise the reservations team to maintain high performance and service standards
• Analyse reservations data, monitor booking patterns and provide relevant reports to management
• Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align commercial strategies and the overall guest experience
• Handle VIP bookings, special requests and complex group reservations with care and precision
• Ensure reservations procedures, rates, packages and booking conditions are correctly applied and communicated
  
  

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Strong and proven experience in hotel reservations is essential
• Ideally
  3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and distribution/channel management tools; experience with Opera Cloud or a similar PMS is highly desirable
• Good understanding of revenue management principles, rates, inventory and distribution
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
• Highly organised, detail-orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Positive, dynamic and ready to bring the Hard Rock vibe to every interaction 🎶
• Applicants must currently be based in Malta or be EU nationals with the right to work in Malta
