Provide responsive customer support and maintain accurate individual and corporate transport bookings. Handle booking enquiries, confirm details, and coordinate changes with dispatch.
What you'll do
- Handle booking enquiries by phone, email and digital channels
- Confirm pickup, destination, timing, passenger needs and agreed pricing information
- Coordinate changes with dispatch and keep customers informed of delays
- Record complaints, lost property and refund requests and follow approval procedures
- Maintain corporate booking records and communicate recurring client requirements
- Identify repeated service issues and provide concise feedback to operations
What we're looking for
- Customer-service experience or demonstrable service and communication skills
- Accuracy when recording bookings, personal details and payment-related information
- Confidence with office systems and ability to remain calm during service problems
- 1-2 years' experience
- Languages: English
