- Supervise operational staff
- Monitor utilisation, cancellations, downtime and complaints
- Coach staff on service procedures
What we're looking for
- Experience coordinating a transport, logistics or comparable operational team
- Competence in rostering, incident handling and operational reporting
- Sound judgement, clear communication and practical spreadsheet or fleet-system skills
- 1-2 years' experience
- Languages: English
