Job Description

The chosen candidate will work under the general direction of the Operations Manager for Floor Management and the Senior Team Manager in a supervisory function, for all the Shuffler teams within Evolution Malta from both an administration and management perspective.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage shuffler rotations and emergency shift coverage.

• Review Amber/Red statuses, report last-minute shuffles, reporting mistake to SSS and conduct investigations.
• Shoe-signal investigation. Investigation on missing card and extra card if asked by SSS.
• Print, collect, and update sheet control records daily.
• Walk through the studio to identify and report issues, including incidents involving shufflers or inspectors.
• Conduct re-training, mentor new hires, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Shuffle/change cards/Extra shuffles on live tables and handle tasks assigned by Team Managers. Cover Card Inspector shifts if needed asked by Shuffler TM.

Qualifications

• Applicants must complete their 6-month probation period successfully.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Strong English language proficiency
