Heroix is supporting a technology services provider in the search for a Head of IT Operations to lead its technical operations and managed services function. Reporting to the CEO, this senior appointment forms part of the leadership team and comes with a structured progression pathway towards a future Chief Operations Officer role.
- Lead and manage the technical operations and managed services team
- Oversee resource planning, service delivery and incident management
- Set technical direction and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement across technical operations
- Contribute to business performance as part of the senior leadership team
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or managed services
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Structured executive progression pathway towards Chief Operations Officer
