About this role
Lead customer care across Scento's European markets and define excellent service in European e-commerce. The role involves setting service standards, tone of voice and response times, and turning customer feedback into fixes.
What you'll do
- Lead customer care across Scento's European markets
- Set service standards, tone of voice and response times
- Turn customer feedback into fixes
- Lead the Customer Care Specialists
- Plan capacity for peaks
- Choose and improve tooling, quality assurance and reporting
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in customer service or CX
- 3+ years leading multilingual teams in e-commerce
- Strong process, tooling and quality-assurance experience
- Fluent English plus French or German
