Customer Care Specialist (French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish)

Scento is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide support to customers in their native language (French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish) and in English. The role involves answering customer queries, providing perfume recommendations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll do

• Help customers by email and chat in native language and English
• Answer questions on orders, delivery, perfumes and sizes
• Recommend perfumes with expertise
• Turn tricky cases into happy customers
• Share customer feedback with the team

What we're looking for

• Native French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish, plus fluent English
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or beauty
• Warm, precise writing and a genuine interest in perfume
